Priority Purchase Lottery - Terms & Conditions

1. Participation & Agreement

  • By not opting out, you automatically agree to these terms and participate in the system.
  • If you wish to decline participation, you must notify us by email.
  • If a customer does not submit the entry form multiple times, their eligibility for this system will be removed.

2. Lottery-Based Allocation & Purchase Obligation

  • Submitting a quantity request does not guarantee a purchase. Products will be allocated through a lottery.
  • If selected, an order will be automatically created in your account.
  • Quantities must be selected from preset options provided by us.
    • Free entry of desired quantities is not possible.
    • Available options may vary depending on stock levels (e.g., "4 BOX", "6 BOX", "1 CARTON"). If stock is limited, options may be adjusted (e.g., "2 BOX", "4 BOX").
  • Payment is required for selected orders.Payment is required within 48 hours.
  • Cancellations and non-payment are strictly prohibited.
  • Failure to complete payment will result in exclusion from future invitations.

3. System Changes & Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate this system at any time based on market conditions or other factors.
  • Any changes will be communicated in advance.

4. Shipping, Duties & Other Policies

  • Standard store policies apply, including shipping fees, customs duties, and return policies.

5. Lottery Process & Results

  • The selection process is not publicly disclosed.
  • No inquiries or complaints about the lottery results will be accepted.
