[Important] Shipping Method Change for "Shiny Treasure ex" Pre-Orders

We have an important update regarding the shipping method for your pre-ordered "Shiny Treasure ex".



Orders initially confirmed for DHL shipping will now be dispatched via FedEx Priority International (Signature Required) due to our recent change in shipping methods. (For some countries, including Australia and Asia, the method will change to EMS.)

We initially planned to ship with DHL and informed you accordingly. However, we have been notified by DHL that they will only allow us to use their service until the end of this month. We sincerely apologize but we will have to change the shipping method.

Please note, there will be no price difference for shipments changing from DHL to FedEx as our store charges the same rate for both. However, for countries where EMS will be used (Asia, Australia), any difference in cost will be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your order due to this change, please contact us through the inquiry form by November 28. This cancellation will not affect your account.
