[Policy Update] Carton Orders and Signature Requirement

Thank you for your continued support. Starting in April, there will be changes regarding the following two points:

Carton Orders
Previously, even if orders were placed by carton quantity, we shipped without the carton cardboard box. Moving forward, you can select "Carton" variation in the product page and we will ship in the un-opened carton cardboard box if it's selected. In the case this carton variation does not appear, carton orders will not be available.You can order up to 4 cartons from the product page.

(If you wish to buy more than 5 cartons every time and plan to continue purchasing all releases from our store, please contact us through the inquiry form. We will handle your request individually. There may be instances where we cannot meet your expectations.)

Signature Requirement for Receiving Packages
Due to the recent surge in demand, all our FedEx shipments were sent with a signature required. Going forward, only orders totaling over $500 will be shipped with a signature required. For orders below this amount, they will be shipped for drop-off delivery, so we kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.(All EMS shipments will still require a signature.)
